1) Boat Captain

An exciting opportunity exists for you to be trained as a boat captain. the captain operates power driven boats ranging in size and performance. Training is provided to obtain a Captain of Limited Waters license. In addition you will receive training in customer service and how to deliver an entertaining and detailed tour of the Toronto skyline, harbour and islands. Shift and weekend work are a requirement.

2) Communications/Reservations Professionals

The communications/reservations staff work in a downtown office, close to GO and the TTC. Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to multi task in a fast paced environment are a necessity. Full and part time positions available, with shift and weekend work a requirement.

3) Concierge/Sales

The concierge/sales staff are assigned to the tour desks in designated downtown Toronto hotels. Their responsibility is to sell the tours offered by Toronto Tours Ltd. In addition, the staff provide information on events, restaurants etc. to hotel guests. Shift and weekend work are a requirement.

4) Driver Guide

The driver guide provides tours in the City of Toronto and in Niagara Falls. The drivers must hold at least an F-class License. A training program assists drivers to learn the necessary commentaries. Drivers are assigned to other types of work. This includes shuttle and transfers. This is a part time position. Shift and weekend work are a requirement.

5) Limousine Drivers

A driver must hold a valid Limousine license and be at least 25 years of age. Training is provided on the commentary and the customer service skills that lead to customer satisfaction. Shift and weekend work are a requirement.

6) Toronto Harbour Tour Sales and Information Agent

Working from a kiosk at Pier 6, you will use your training in sales strategies and customer service to provide the excellent service that our guests have come to expect. Your site training will provide you with information regarding harbour, city and Niagara tours as well as other products and services endorsed by Toronto Tours. Shift and weekend work are a requirement.
